• •Additional extractions require credits, which can be purchased through the Service.
• •Credits are non-refundable and do not expire.
• •Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Intellectual Property

VDO Download does not host, store, or claim ownership of any video content. All content is fetched directly from third-party sources. Copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the original content owners.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or legal claims arising from downloaded content.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Video extraction depends on third-party platforms which may change their systems at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity.
